Correct mistakes in symbols ADUM1250 and PTH08080.

ADUM1250's >VALUE tag was in the wrong layer (names instead of values
layer).
PTH08080 was missing the >VALUE tag.

Replace ADXL335 with MXR9500.

This commit includes a small change in the omc eagle library to make
replacing the ADXL335 with the MXR9500 easier. Basically I've swapped
the X,Y,Z pins and placed them closer together.

Changes in the schematics include replacing the accelerometer and
removing all traces of the self test pin (MXR9500 doesn't have this kind
of functionality).

Updated Authors docfield.

I have added myself (Patrick) to the authors list. I changed a few things
recently, helped out with tips in the past and I am planning to work on
the layout in the near future. So I hope it's justified. ;-)
