Simplify gyroscope RC low-pass filter circuit.

In order to minimize the number of components we recalculated the
voltage divider to have an output impedance of approximately 15kOhm.
This composes a 50 Hz low-pass filter in conjunction with a 220nF
capacitor at the output of the voltage divider.
