Schematics finished. Read full commit msg for details.

TO DEVELOPERS

 SCHEMATIC
 - Check the basic circuits for the STM32 (oscillator, AVDD / VDD, JTAG,
   etc).
 - Check wiring of components (False connected ICs, etc.)
 - Check all connections (data as well as power supplies). Are the net
   labels correct?
 - Did we forget something?

 LIBRARY (EAGLE)
 - Check the footprints off all used componets.
   - Size of footprints, pads, etc.
   - Pin configuration
   - Consistent with datasheet?

It would be great if we could eliminate errors early. Better now than with a
first (useless) prototype.

IMPORTANT
 Plase send an email to openmulticopter at openmulticopter.org if you find
 some errors that need to be corrected.
